Welcome to the DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative! We are looking forward to getting to know you better. In order to have full access to the DVULI content and for us to provide appropriate accommodations for you at the workshops, please complete your DVULI profile.

The following form will ask you to provide your full legal name as well information for an emergency contact person. This travel information is necessary for the booking of your travel and other lodging arrangements; it is kept private and is not shared with other participants. Additionally, you will also be asked to upload a photo of yourself, if you have a headshot photo of yourself please upload it.
