Nominate An Urban Youth Worker

Not accepting nominations at this time. In December of 2024, we will begin recruitment for the Class of 2025  in Columbus, Grand Rapids, Miami, St. Louis, and Seattle-Tacoma.  

DVULI cohort nominees should meet the following criteria:

  • Has been in ministry for a minimum of three years
  • Leads a program or ministry that directly impacts youth
  • Demonstrates a willingness to share leadership with others
  • Has a strong desire to learn and has a teachable spirit
  • Is in a position to implement plans for change
  • Can participate fully as a part of his/her job
  • Is personally active in a church
