During the DVULI Alumni Reunion 2023, The Colossian Forum team presented a timeless keynote: Conflict as Opportunity.
This subject matter is always poignant, but never more so than during the polarizing election season.
This presentation was an introduction to The Colossian Forum, an organization that invites Christians to embrace a new way of being amid challenging times. This new way of life requires Christians to think, pray, and act like Christ during our deepest disagreements.
Harnessing the Power of Disagreement to Restore Connection
Whether our disagreements emerge over theological or cultural convictions or concerns around financial decisions or worship styles, these tensions can become threats to relationships and obstacles on our spiritual journeys. But what if we practiced the art of love in the face of frustration and fear instead?

The ongoing work of The Colossian Forum is designed to promote the health and sustainability of the Church in the face of intensifying polarization and division. They do this by equipping Christians to recognize conflict’s inherent opportunities to actively pursue deeper relationships with neighbors and with God.
