For this session, we explored the core value of Accountability more deeply, building on the insights from the pre-assignment, Ron Carter (Birmingham 1999), Iteisha Bankston (Cleveland 2023), and several alumni in attendance shared personal stories, lessons learned, and practical wisdom from their leadership journeys.
