e625 2024 – Partner Update

If you don’t know it already, the purpose of ESPECIALIDADES 625 (e625) is to offer the best resources to those who disciple new generations of youth ages 6–25 years old. In 2021, DVULI and e625 USA partnered to collaborate on a shared passion and mission to provide Hispanic pastors with transformative leadership tools.

In the spring of 2024, we took our ministry on the road for the national Liderazgo Generacional and Proyecto Discipulado (Generational Leadership and Discipleship Project) tour.
Our seminars equipped 1,978 pastors in nine cities.

In every city, some attendees drove more than an hour to be present. Representing DVULI was Walter Vazquez (Cincinnati 2021), who joined us in Indianapolis, and DVULI staffer Rodrigo Ortiz, who attended in Grand Rapids.

It was our first time in Detroit, Charlotte, Tampa, St. Louis, and Columbus, where attendees were surprised by the healthy turnout, sharing how it’s typically quite difficult for them to get pastors from different churches to come together.
Beyond numbers, we loved hearing how excited the attendees were to receive the Generational Leadership and the Discipleship Project seminar content. Although they were challenged to rethink cultural and church norms, they left feeling motivated and hopeful about how to improve pastoring new generations and rejuvenating their churches.

If you missed us this spring, join us in the fall at El Elefante en la Sala. We kick off the tour in Houston, then head to Las Vegas and Tampa, where we expect to have more than 1,200 pastors in attendance. This conference invites pastors and their teams to address tough topics in a group setting.
