Marge Bermann

Marge Bermann (Grand Rapids, 1998) is an instructor for the University of Phoenix – Southern California Campus where she teaches World Religious Traditions. She is also a long-term substitute teacher for the El Monte Union High School District where she teaches English. Marge is busy creating a non-profit called LEO Affiliates which is a small business mentor program that seeks to assist emancipating foster youth transitioning into adulthood. She is a former United Methodist Pastor and enjoyed working with communities in transition while creating effective youth programs. She is also the creator and implementer of the CASA program located in Holland Michigan which assists at-risk elementary age children through one on one tutoring. Marge is an outreach worker above all else and enjoys bringing diverse groups together to advocate for youth and their needs.

Marge has a Bachelors in Sport and Recreation Management, a Masters in Divinity from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary, and an MBA in Non Profit Management. Marge and her husband Phillip have one son, Azariah Nathanial who is a senior in high school.
