Chana Edmond-Verley

Chana Edmond-Verley (Grand Rapids, 2000) is the Senior Program Officer of Community Initiatives for RDV Corporation in the Foundations where she manages community impact partnerships with the goal of ensuring all young people are ready by 18 for college, work, and life. For more than eleven years, she served as Executive Director of Jubilee Jobs, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI where she was responsible for organizational development, fund raising, financial management, and program design and evaluation.

Chana left the business sector to minister hope to economically underdeveloped people in Grand Rapids' urban center. She earned a Masters of Science degree in Computer Information Systems Management from Grand Valley State University and a BA in Economics from Spelman College. As an ordained minister, Chana serves in leadership at her church, Brown-Hutcherson Ministries, and is the mother of two sons.
