This summer, I taught my teen group at Three Deep Leadership Academy about the "Ladder of Inference." They understood it and were surprised to see how easily they had climbed the ladder themselves and how others have climbed the ladder as a result of the responses they receive from someone else who had climbed the ladder. It was cool to see it click for them and hopefully they will keep it in mind as I have.
