The Innovation Center for Community and Youth Development is taking the potential of youth organizations and communities to whole new level by engaging them together to create a just and equitable society.

The Innovation Center transforms and enriches the youth development field by seeking, testing, and promoting bold and creative practices that achieve positive development for youth, communities, and society. In partnership with youth workers and other organizations, and with a cadre of youth and adult staff and volunteers who share a devotion to the potential of youth development, the Innovation Center makes new connections and strengthens links among groups, people, and ideas.

The Innovation Center seeks out extraordinary organizations and individuals across the world that represent community organizations, researchers, policymakers, and philanthropists. From the large foundation to the grassroots community organizers, the Innovation Center wants to see community organizations stronger, people gain sufficient support, and young people viewed as valued resources and partners.
