Delaware YFC Executive Director Position

This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ministry operation, including staff management, fundraising, board development, strategic direction, community relations and oversight of YFC's three youth centers and in-school mentoring program. The service areas cover Kent and New Castle Counties in Delaware. Primary ministry focus areas are Wilmington, Newport and Middletown with partner programs in Dover and New Castle and mentors in schools throughout New Castle County.
